Handover quality is judged quickly. Dust on joinery, residue on glass, grout haze on tiles, and marks on painted walls can make otherwise complete work look unfinished. Post-construction cleaning should therefore be planned as a stage of the project, not as a last-day reaction.

Start by agreeing the areas, the required standard, and access times. Occupied buildings, mixed-trade sites, and wet areas all need different sequencing. Sensitive finishes — glass, aluminum, polished tile, and newly painted surfaces — should be protected before cleaning begins.

Work in a logical order: debris and coarse dust first, then detailed cleaning of floors, walls, fittings, and glass. Using the wrong method can damage finishes and create a new defect list. A final walk-through should be completed before the area is offered for inspection.

Musthaqbal provides building cleaning as a standalone service and as the closing stage of a wider technical package. Share the building type, areas to be cleaned, and required date, and we will confirm the next step.
