Musthaqbal Alnasar Technical Services L.L.C. was established in 2015 with a clear purpose: to become a trusted provider of specialized technical and installation services in the United Arab Emirates. From the beginning, the company has focused on practical site delivery — licensed trades, supervised workmanship, and a professional way of working with clients.
Headquartered in Al Barsha, Dubai, Musthaqbal is known for reliable execution, disciplined site conduct, and straightforward communication. We do not treat quality, safety, or accountability as extras. They are part of how every assignment is planned and completed.
Musthaqbal is a licensed limited liability company with a dedicated management team, project supervisors, and skilled technicians. This structure allows us to take ownership of a defined package and keep control of the work from mobilisation through handover.
Over the years, we have supported industrial, commercial, and residential projects across new installation, repair, maintenance, finishing, and post-construction cleaning. The type of work may change from project to project, but the standard remains the same: complete the agreed scope on time, to the required quality, and without unnecessary disruption.

What we do
Our licensed services cover steel products installation and maintenance, glass and aluminum systems, plaster works, plumbing and sanitary installations, building cleaning, wallpaper fixing, floor and wall tiling, and electrical fittings and fixtures maintenance.
This mix allows us to support both standalone trade packages and combined scopes where sequence, access, and finishing quality must be coordinated on the same site.
We serve projects across Dubai and the wider UAE from our registered office at RAG Tower Business Centre, Al Barsha First. Through our strategic partnership with Hadi Nasser Al Qahtani Co. (HNQ), we can also support clients who require coordinated technical execution in Saudi Arabia.
OUR JOURNEY
Founded in 2015, Musthaqbal began with a focused commitment to specialized technical services in Dubai.
From the early years, the company built capability in steel works, glass and aluminum, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrical maintenance, cleaning, and interior finishing. Growth has come from consistent project performance and client referrals.
The company holds Commercial License No. 812175 and Dubai Chambers Membership No. 307591 (since 2018).
Today, Musthaqbal operates from Al Barsha, Dubai, with a dedicated management and technical team. We continue to strengthen delivery systems while keeping the same foundation: quality, reliability, and professional execution.
