Multi-Trade Technical Packages Need Sequence, Not Just Extra Manpower

Clients often ask one company to handle more than one trade. That can reduce coordination, but only if the package is planned as a sequence. Adding technicians without a method statement creates congestion, damaged finishes, and repeated cleaning.
A workable multi-trade package starts with a clear list of licensed activities. If part of the scope sits outside the contractor’s license, it should be excluded or assigned elsewhere. Next comes sequence: wet trades before finishes, services before closing works, and cleaning at the end. Access and protection must be agreed so one trade does not destroy the work of another.
Supervision is the control point. One site contact should know what is complete, what is next, and what decision is required from the client or main contractor. Communication should be practical and regular, especially where the building is occupied or other contractors are still on site.
Musthaqbal can take single-trade or multi-trade packages where the required services fall within our licensed activities. Share the combined scope and location, and we will confirm what can be delivered as one assignment.
